Deanna's journey started in her home kitchen, then led to creating a prominent gluten-free and allergen-free company. Since baking gluten-free bread for her family in 2005, she has expanded into an industrial baking operation that supplies top-quality foods across the USA. Her commitment is unwavering, using truly natural ingredients and ensuring products are not only gluten-free but also nut-free and in many baked goods, allergen free as well. These choices are a reflection of her dedication to the health and wellness of our community.
Beyond her baking enterprise, Deanna has branched out into other ventures that emphasize her holistic approach to natural foods. She owns and operates a tiny organic farm, which provides some of the ingredients used in her quality foods. Knowing where your foods come from is very important. Additionally, her menu showcases her culinary expertise. Deanna offers a range of delicious dishes that cater to various dietary requirements, gluten-free is not an option, it is
the Gold standard she and her team continue to master.
Deanna's passion and commitment to food education and community has lead her to establish a 501c3 nonprofit S.T.E.A.M. Program (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) with the addition of "A" for the arts. This initiative create an innovative program that equips our youth with life skills, academic enrichment and entrepreneurial thinking. Healthy living for our youth is our future.
